The Conversation Your Team Isn't Having
Hey everyone,
May 8 is a week from Friday.
A few of you have already written back, and what you shared went well beyond "yeah I'll be there." People are thinking about this stuff. Role changes. Process uncertainty. Teams that aren't naming what's happening. The responses have been honest in a way that most of us don't get to be at work right now.
That energy is exactly what I want in the room.
