We’re excited to invite you to our next Design Jam, where we’re throwing it back to UX basics—and questioning the current AI craze.

Join us for an open conversation with Ryan Wilson, Director of Product Practice at Callibrity, as we revisit the original intent of UX design and product thinking. In a time when hallucinating chatbots and overpromised AI tools dominate the conversation, Ryan is calling for a return to clarity, collaboration, and truly solving human problems.

• Why AI might be distracting us from better UX

• What we’ve lost in the shift toward Agile and automation

• How to bring product and UX leadership back to the table

• Lessons from Donald Norman’s original vision and how it still applies today

This will be our first hybrid Design Jam—so whether you're local to Durham or tuning in remotely, you’re welcome.
