A huge thank you to Jeff Wright for his thoughtful and engaging talk on “Navigating UX in a Business World” at last week’s Design Jam RDU. Jeff’s insights sparked deep conversations about UX leadership, the importance of speaking the language of business, and how to earn a seat at the decision-making table.

We also explored how AI will impact UX leadership and why staying intentional about how we adopt AI into our design practices will be critical going forward.
